Summary
In this update, we are introducing an in-game voice chat to Medieval Engineers. The voice chat is set to the “U” key – hold the key and speak. It supports a 3D sound environment which means that when the player who is talking is at your right, then you will listen his voice from your right speaker. The volume is also adjusted according to how far the talking person is. You can turn this feature OFF in the audio options.

Additionally, we have enabled a realistic sun cycle, which means that you will be able to see how the sun is moving in the sky from sunrise to sunset. Lastly, we have implemented the option to delete the terrain when using the terrain auto level voxel hand tool.

We also want to inform you that the “What should come next” poll has ended. Thank you all for participating! You can view the results here: http://www.kwiksurveys.com/p/0q33A3vf?qid=539349.
It is clearly demonstrated that “Survival mode features” are what most players are expecting the most. Our team has already been working on various survival-based additions that should be coming to the game within the next weeks!
